Auberry Place

Auberry Place is a private gated community located south of Temecula Parkway. Two guarded and gated entrances are along Channel Street; the left entrance leads to Huntington Circle, while the right entrance leads to Heath Lane.

Auberry Place has about 60 detached townhomes and condos that were built during 2002-2003, usually with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, including an attached 2-car garage. Residents in this exclusive community also share amenities such as a swimming pool and children’s play area.

Chardonnay Hills

A gated development on the eastern side of Temecula near the wine country, Chardonnay Hills has its main gated entrance and waterfall marker located along Rancho California Road. There are about 580 homes in Chardonnay Hills, which are mostly single-family residences on winding streets and cul-de-sacs that were built during the 1990s.

Residents share amenities such as a swimming pool, tennis court, basketball court, children’s play areas, recreation center, and a couple of parks with picnic tables.

Crowne Hill

Located just past to the north of Highway 79 in the lower eastern portion of Temecula, Crowne Hill is a master-planned community of approximately 1,000 single-family homes built during the early 2000s.

Crowne Hill features walking trails and numerous parks within the area, including Crowne Hill Park, Flower Hill Park, Mountain View Park, and Regents Hill Park, as well as the Crowne Hill Elementary School found along Fox Road.

Country Road Estates

Country Road Estates is an exclusive neighborhood in Temecula Wine Country, just past the Crowne Hill development between Pauba Road and De Portola Road.

Real estate options include luxury custom homes and sprawling estate properties that provide breathtaking views of the countryside. Most of the lots in Country Road Estates are a minimum of 5 acres, which is ideal for small vineyards, ranch facilities, or equestrian use.

De Luz

A rural community that’s actually located west of Temecula in the Santa Rosa Plateau, De Luz offers custom homes and estate properties on lots that are a minimum of 5 acres. De Luz is known for its lush vegetation highlighted by avocado trees and citrus orchards, which are among the community’s income-generating crops.

Also located within De Luz is the Cross Creek Golf Club, featuring an 18-hole championship course designed by Arthur Hills.

GlenOak Hills

Located on the rolling hills beyond Temecula Wine Country, the private community of GlenOak Hills lies to the south of De Portola Road. Housing options in GlenOak Hills are custom homes and estate properties with lot sizes ranging from 2.5 acres to 10 acres.

Most homes have vineyards or avocado and citrus groves, with some having equestrian and/or ranch facilities. Residents also share amenities such as a clubhouse, riding area, and tennis courts.

Harveston

A master-planned community that is just past the intersection of Interstate 15 and Highway 79, Harveston has 1,500 lovely homes that are all centered on the community’s focal point: Harveston Lake, a 17-acre lake surrounded by parkland and walking paths.

Amenities for Harveston residents include the Lake House, a clubhouse with a spa and swimming pool that overlooks the lake. The Ysabel Barnett Elementary School is located in Harveston, as well as The Chateau at Harveston, a retirement community.

Los Ranchitos

A slice of countryside in the city, Los Ranchitos consists of rural, equestrian properties around 2 to 5 acres each. The community has a total of 189 parcels, and is suited for those who enjoy wide open spaces and sprawling acreage yet prefer to live conveniently close to a large urban center and its amenities.

Residents of Los Ranchitos who are horse enthusiasts will appreciate the horse trails that meander throughout the community.

Meadowview

Meadowview is aptly named, as the homes in this quiet community surround a large open meadow in the center. Offering around 900 custom homes on lots that range from a half acre to one and a half acres in size, Meadowview is considered one of Temecula’s oldest communities.

Amenities for Meadowview residents include a clubhouse, spa, two swimming pools, tennis courts, and basketball courts. There’s also an extensive trail system that winds through the neighborhood, which is ideal for walking, running, biking, and horseback riding.

Morgan Hill

Considered as one of the more highly sought places to live in Temecula, Morgan Hill is an upscale master-planned community inspired by the vineyards of Temecula, with 450 luxury homes in four neighborhoods. Homes have varying architectural design influences, ranging from Craftsman to Spanish and Monterey, to Traditional and Colonial.

Residents enjoy amenities such as a private, three-acre Community Center with swimming pools, spa, tennis courts, fitness center, game room, two ballrooms, and an outdoor fireplace lounge.

Paloma Del Sol

A highly sought-after master-planned community just to the north of Temecula Parkway, Paloma Del Sol’s 1,976 homes are spread among parks, walking trails, schools and a variety of recreational facilities.

Residents enjoy over 100 acres of open area parks, five pools and spa recreation centers, six playground tot lots, six tennis courts, three basketball courts and a disc golf course.

Paseo Del Sol

Paseo Del Sol is a master-planned community located to the north of Highway 79 and bounded by Meadows Parkway to the west and Butterfield Stage Road to the east.

Offering single-family detached homes with Mediterranean and California Traditional design influences, residents also enjoy ample amenities that include swimming pools, tennis courts, and basketball courts, as well as several parks and walking paths.

Rancho Highlands

A premier family-friendly community located in the rolling hills of Temecula along Ynez Road close to Rancho California Road. Rancho Highlands consists of 406 single-family homes in a variety of architectural styles ranging from Mediterranean to Cape Cod.

Residents have access to numerous community amenities including swimming pools, a spa, tennis courts, and basketball courts, as well as two parks with tot lots and picnic tables.

Rancho Madera

Rancho Madera is a private gated neighborhood containing around 68 custom homes, located inside the community of Redhawk.

Two guard-gated entrances can be accessed through Redhawk Parkway, and the residents share amenities with the other Redhawk residents, which include the various parks in the community and the 18-hole Redhawk Golf Course.

Redhawk

Located just off to the south of Highway 79, Redhawk is a premier master-planned residential community with 3,000 homes in gated and non-gated developments that surround the renowned Redhawk Golf Course, which is considered as one of the top courses in California. The Mediterranean-style homes range in size from 2,000 to over 4,000 square feet, and are neatly laid out on beautiful landscaped winding streets with cul-de-sacs.

Various parks are scattered throughout the area, which include Redhawk Community Park, a 14-acre park near the community entrance that features a children’s play area, ball fields, picnic tables, and a dog park.

Roripaugh Hills

The planned housing development of Roripaugh Hills is located along Winchester Road, just across Chaparral High School. The community can be accessed through Winchester Road or Nicolas Road, with side streets that lead out to Margarita Road.

439 single-family residences with Spanish and Mediterranean design influences are neatly laid out on the winding streets with occasional cul-de-sacs. Amenities for residents include two swimming pools, tennis courts, and parks.

Roripaugh Ranch

One of Temecula’s newest and still growing neighborhoods, Roripaugh Ranch is located just to the south of Murrieta Hot Springs Road. This master-planned community is set to contain 2,000 homes upon completion.

It already has about 500 already built by KB Home, Standard Pacific Homes, and Van Daele Homes in four neighborhoods: The Pinnacle, Montego, Cambridge, and Sorrento.

Santiago Estates

The neighborhood of Santiago Estates is located off to the north of Highway 79, and can be accessed via Jedediah Smith Road and Margarita Road. Sprawling estates and ranch properties are the norm here in this quiet, laidback community, with lots that are no less than 2.5 acres.

The lovely Rose Haven Heritage Garden can also be found here, showcasing over 1,600 roses that are tended by the experts of the Temecula Valley Rose Society.

Temeku Hills

Offering a lush and beautiful setting, this master-planned neighborhood of 1,340 homes is considered a gateway community to Temecula Wine Country. Development started during the late 1990s by the McMillin Company, which built the homes around an 18-hole golf course designed by Ted Robinson.

Residents of Temeku Hills enjoy resort-style living with amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, and fitness center, plus a fabulous and elegantly appointed ballroom that serves as the venue for most community events.

The Reserve at Crowne Hill

The Reserve is a private gated enclave located inside the community of Crowne Hill. Two guard gated entrances can be found along Crowne Hill Drive and Old Kent Road just across Crowne Hill Elementary School.

The Reserve has only 28 semi-custom homes, which are two-story residences on 2.5 acre lots; these homes are priced from $1.2 million, with three different floor plans and 12 distinctive architectural styles.

Wolf Creek

Located near the southwestern end of Temecula, Wolf Creek is a master planned community containing 13 neighborhoods with single-family residences, luxury homes, condos, and townhouses constructed by well-known builders such as D.R. Horton, Lennar, Standard Pacific Homes, William Lyon Homes, and Woodside Homes.

Homes here come in a diversity of architectural styles that include Cottage, Craftsman, Spanish Colonial, American Farmhouse, Mediterranean, and more. Also located in Wolf Creek is Patricia H. Birdsall Sports Park, which features lighted soccer and ball fields, basketball courts, children’s play area, and picnic tables.
